Displacement often brings with it a longing—not just for shelter, but for belonging. People may find temporary housing, but deep within remains the ache for a place that feels truly safe, truly permanent. God’s Word offers not only comfort for today, but a powerful promise for tomorrow: a future home that no enemy, storm, or policy can take away.

Jehovah God has lovingly declared His intention to restore the earth to peace and stability. This includes a worldwide family of people who are no longer scattered or running, but who dwell securely under His care. He promises a time when sorrow, pain, and even death will be gone—replaced with joy, security, and reunion.

This promise doesn’t erase today’s hardship, but it does give it a horizon. Knowing that displacement is not the end of the story helps many endure the present with quiet strength and courage.

📖 “Look! The tent of God is with mankind… He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.” — Revelation 21:3, 4

📖 “They will build houses and live in them, And they will plant vineyards and eat their fruitage. They will not build for someone else to inhabit, Nor will they plant for others to eat. Yes, God promises that in the near future he will ensure that everyone has their needs taken care of: food, shelter and satisfying work.  All the hardship endured in the present system of things will be forgotten.
