When someone is battling anxiety or depression, the silence can be deafening. Friends may not understand. Family may not know how to help. The person suffering may struggle to even explain what they’re feeling. But Jehovah God doesn’t need explanations — He sees, He hears, and He understands.

The Bible gently reminds us:

📖 “Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.”Psalm 34:18

This isn’t just poetic reassurance. It’s a promise. God notices every tear, every sigh too deep for words. Even when no one else sees the battle raging inside, Jehovah God does. His closeness isn’t dependent on our ability to verbalize our pain — He draws near simply because He loves us.

The psalmist David knew deep emotional pain. He fled for his life, was betrayed, and faced despair. Yet he felt God’s presence most in the valleys. In Psalm 6:6, he cried out,
📖 “I am worn out from groaning. All night long I flood my bed with weeping.” And still, God listened.

If you’ve ever felt too broken to pray, too exhausted to explain, know this:

📖 “Before a word is on my tongue, look! O Jehovah, you already know it.” — Psalm 139:4
📖 “He hears the prayer of the brokenhearted. He will not ignore their cry.” — Psalm 145:18–19

When everyone else seems distant, Jehovah God remains near — a patient listener, a loving healer. Your pain is never invisible to Him.
