When you’re mistreated for doing what’s right, it can feel deeply unfair. You may ask, Why does this happen when I’m trying to live in harmony with God’s will? Persecution can leave scars—not just from what was done or said, but from the silence that often follows. Sometimes, it feels like no one sees. But Jehovah God does.
He assures us:
📖 “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” — Romans 12:19
That’s not a threat—it’s a promise. It means you don’t have to carry the burden of making things right. Jehovah God has taken that responsibility upon Himself. He is slow to anger, but He is never unjust. Every false accusation, every betrayal, every sneer or threat—He sees it all, records it all, and will repay it all with perfect judgment.
And because God sees the injustice, He also sees your loyalty. Even when no one else applauds your endurance, He honors it. While others may try to shame or silence you, He wraps you in dignity. You are not overlooked—you are being watched with love.
