📖 “Precious in his eyes is the blood of those who suffer.” — Psalm 72:14
Sometimes, pain is not caused by accidents or personal failure—but by people who deliberately hurt or betray us. Abuse, manipulation, jealousy, and injustice can leave deep wounds, especially when they come from someone in power, someone close, or someone we trusted.
But Jehovah God sees it all.
When David was still young, King Saul—threatened by his popularity and God’s blessing—turned against him. David had done nothing wrong. In fact, he had loyally served Saul, even risking his life for him. Yet Saul became consumed with jealousy and launched a relentless campaign to destroy him.
David was forced to flee for his life, hiding in caves, starving in the wilderness, betrayed by those he helped. The injustice was crushing. But David never stopped praying—and Jehovah God never stopped watching.
As David once wrote:
📖 “My being a fugitive you yourself have reported. Do put my tears in your skin bottle. Are they not in your book?” — Psalm 56:8
What a tender image: Jehovah carefully collecting each tear, recording each sigh. Nothing was missed. Jehovah didn’t stop Saul immediately—but He did sustain David through every long night. He guided him. Strengthened him. Kept him safe.
Eventually, when Saul died in battle, David was lifted up to the throne. Not only was he vindicated—he was exalted.
This is not just a history lesson. It’s your promise.
If you’ve ever been haunted by emotional trauma, family betrayal, or unjust persecution, you are not forgotten.
Jehovah God has already collected your tears. He remembers your pain. And like David, your story is not over.
Even Jesus—perfect and innocent—“offered up supplications and also petitions with strong outcries and tears.” (Hebrews 5:7) So if you cry to Jehovah, you’re in good company.
📖 “Jehovah is near to those that are broken at heart; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves.” — Psalm 34:18
Whether you’ve been harmed by violence, crushed by betrayal, or worn down by injustice—Jehovah is close. He saw. He sees. And He will act.
Let Him gather your tears. Let Him write your healing story.
