Not all love lasts. But Jehovah God never intended love to be disposable. His design for relationships—especially close ones—is built on a foundation of trust, loyalty, and enduring commitment.
Through the prophet Isaiah, Jehovah reassured His people with these words:
📖 “For a brief moment I abandoned you, but with great mercy I will gather you back. With a flood of indignation I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting loyal love I will have mercy on you.” — Isaiah 54:7–8
Even when His people hurt Him, He didn’t discard them forever. His heart was always open to reconciliation, driven by loyal love. This shows us the kind of love Jehovah God cherishes—one that is healing, patient, and enduring.
When a human relationship fails, it doesn’t mean you failed. It may simply mean that love wasn’t built on what lasts. But Jehovah God offers you something different: the chance to rebuild your heart on a foundation that cannot be shaken.
You may wonder: Can I ever trust again? The answer is yes—but begin with the One who will never leave:
📖 “Jehovah is the one marching before you… He will neither desert you nor abandon you.” — Deuteronomy 31:8
📖 “For I, Jehovah your God, am grasping your right hand, the One saying to you, ‘Do not be afraid. I will help you.’” — Isaiah 41:13
When you trust Jehovah first, you learn what real love looks and feels like. And that becomes the strongest foundation for every future relationship—whether with others or simply with peace within yourself.
