When a long-held dream slips away—whether a career, marriage, children, or a cherished project—it can feel like part of yourself has been lost too. Job expressed this crushing reality:

📖 “My days have passed, my plans are shattered, the desires of my heart are broken.” — Job 17:11

Jehovah God understands what it means to see cherished plans collapse. He is not distant from disappointment—He empathizes with it. Why? Because He too once had a dream interrupted.

God’s original purpose was for the whole earth to become a paradise, filled with perfect human life. Yet an enemy—who became known as the Devil—sowed seeds of doubt in the mind of the first woman, Eve. She reached for what was not hers and, with Adam, was cast out of Eden. Instead of expanding paradise outward, it became a closed and guarded place. Instead of a perfect world, humans faced hardship and toil “among thorns and thistles.” — Genesis 3:18

But Jehovah God’s purpose never changed. Many people still yearn for what He Himself longs for—a restored earth where humans live forever in youthful health, peace, and happiness.

Job’s experience gives us hope. Though he lost his health, livelihood, and even family, Jehovah God restored him in time—his health returned, his relationships were rebuilt, and his joy overflowed. This record is more than history—it’s a glimpse of what Jehovah will do for mankind as a whole.

The Bible promises:

📖 “God will be gracious to that person and say to him, ‘Spare him from going down into the pit! I have found a ransom!’ Then that person’s flesh will become fresher than in youth; he will return to the days of his youthful vigor.” — Job 33:24–25

Jehovah restored Job’s health and lifestyle—and He promises to restore the entire earth and its people to His original dream of paradise.

📖 “The wilderness and the parched land will exult, and the desert plain will be joyful and blossom as the saffron.” — Isaiah 35:1

Broken dreams today are not the end of the story. With Jehovah God, restoration always lies ahead.
